  • [H5] I approached Mike at Zappie about some issues I had with our Wi-Fi signal at my nightclub. He promptly came to meet us on-site and suggested some excellent hardware to sort the problem. His engineer was out within a couple of days to do the cabling. He done a lovely neat job and the Wi-Fi has been perfect ever since!

Every member of staff we have dealt with ie Jamie, Jacques, jack and Arjun have been nothing but helpful and informative. In short I would not hesitate to recommend Zappie to anyone, and indeed I already have. Thanks guys!

Its left me feeling like I finally found a company who could actually have the old fashioned values of actually caring about the customer. Steve Harris arrived punctually to install the new system and did a very neat and tidy job, going the extra mile by re-locating the cordless base to give us full coverage throughout the building.
