The trainings strengthened participants’ knowledge and practical skills in gender concepts, gender analysis, gender-responsive project design, and gender-responsive leadership. Participants enhanced their ability to deliver gender trainings using practical, participatory exercises and increased their confidence in addressing resistance to gender-related initiatives. 18 Feb 2026

Held under the Chatham House Rule, the programme provided a neutral and confidential setting for government and parliamentary decision-makers to engage, build shared understanding, and align on priorities for Armenia’s reform journey.
