  • [H3] The Nelson Mandela Rules are the United Nations’ Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners. They set global standards to ensure fairness, dignity, and humane treatment in all prisons, supporting better conditions and reintegration into society.

  • [H3] 5th Rule “The prison regime should seek to minimize any differences between prison life and life at liberty that tend to lessen the responsibility of the prisoners or the respect due to their dignity as human beings.”
  • [H3] 58th Rule “Prisoners shall be allowed, under necessary supervision, to communicate with their family and friends at regular intervals.”
  • [H3] We break down barriers to enable meaningful communication between incarcerated individuals and their loved ones. In line with the Nelson Mandela Rules, which emphasize maintaining family ties and human dignity (Rules 58–63), we believe that connection is a vital part of rehabilitation and well-being.
  • [H3] We are continuously advancing communication technologies to enhance access, reliability, and security. This aligns with the Mandela Rules’ call for modern, humane prison management (Rules 1 and 44), where technology supports healthcare, education, and communication with the outside world
  • [H3] We operate with transparency, accountability, and a strong commitment to ethical practices. This reflects the Mandela Rules’ focus on fairness, lawful treatment and the protection of prisoners’ rights (Rules 1, 36, and 73), ensuring dignity is upheld at every step.
