  • [H6] Expected bandwidth utilized by devices is 1-5kb/s (about the size of a long text message) and devices communicate with the Hotspot over LongFi, not IP (Internet Protocol).
  • [H6] No. The network is only meant for devices that use LoRaWAN.
  • [H6] If your location is within an ideal location e.g. high elevation, clear line of sight, access to router near window, etc. you will qualify for $65.00 a month. If line of sight is limited or less than ideal elevation you may qualify for the lower monthly amount which will be determined based on location. When applying we will be able to determine this based on your address.
